Contextual Research

My final Project us based on feminism , there is a lot of historical content in there . the history of feminism dates back to 24 centuries ago where a woman believed that women would be the members of the highest class. there are many different ideologies of feminism. there are second-wave feminism, separatists feminism , third-wave feminism and postmodern feminism .
third wave feminism - is a feminist movement that began in the 1990s, it sought to challenge or avoid what it deemed the second waves essentialists definitions of femininity .
postfeminism - is a movement recognized by its contrasts with prevailing or preceeding feminism . it strives towards the next stage in gender related progress .
fourth wave feminism- is the resurgence of interest in feminism that began around 2012 and is associated with the use of social media .



for my final project I decide to use the history of feminism to help me create my final project the reason why I chose to use the history of feminism to help me with my project is because there were so many ways that the feminist made it more aware to people with like protesting, advertisement photography and tv shows to make feminism more aware and a popular subject . the first example of my product was going to be an advert about feminism , the reason why I chose to do a advert on feminism was because I believe that there's a lot to cover on feminism like its history and its the women that had made it  history .

reflection on pre-production( location, call sheet, crew list, props and costume)

with starting on my pre-production, I was able to think about my location, my models , time , props , costume and crew list. the biggest hurdle of pre production was the location because the with the location , many people wanted to book the studio so I had to film at a time that wasn't easy for my models because they all had exams so it was difficult for me to find models , however I was able to make some changes with my models by using people from my college to help me . this was easier for me because I was able to communicate with them and also seeing as how I go to the same college with them I was able to find them . another hurdle was time management because when I booked the studio for 11:30 people where using it so  had to wait for them to finish in the studio . Reflection on Proposal

On the first day i started thinking about my idea for my final project i started my proposal i came up with the idea of feminism because on that week it was Women's history month and i am a feminist myself  , so I thought that it would be an interesting subject to work on . my proposal was based on my theme , which was radicals . so based off that i thought feminism was the best idea . going on to that i thought it would be a good idea to do some research for my product I looked into the history of feminism on Wikipedia and feminism websites and I saw that they used certain tactics such as protesting advertisement such as photography , adverts and films .
